About The Course

The Crew Resource Management course is designed to provide Operation personnel, flight crew, maintenance crew, available resources (human, hardware) and instructions to achieve safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency.

Requirements
Basic high school education

Additional Course Information
Delivery format
Option 1: Full program of CRM training delivered in three consecutive days.
Option 2: CRM global training fragmented in a three year program.
For each of these options, a 45 minutes E-learning session is included in the training package.
