About The Course
The Crew Resource Management course is designed to provide Operation personnel, flight crew, maintenance crew, available resources (human, hardware) and instructions to achieve safe and efficient operation, reducing error, avoiding stress and increasing efficiency.
Requirements
Basic high school education

Recognize those behaviors that lead to poor management of the task at hand.
Enhance understanding of the resources around that affect the task at hand.
Improve decision making skills thus decreasing the risk of human error-caused incidents.

Effective communication and coordination inside and outside the flight crew compartment.

Surprise and startle effect.
Cultural differences.
Elements related to the operator.
Additional Course Information
Option 1: Full program of CRM training delivered in three consecutive days.
Option 2: CRM global training fragmented in a three year program.
For each of these options, a 45 minutes E-learning session is included in the training package.
