Aviation Management Program

The Human Factors for Maintenance course is designed to provide aircraft technicians, engineers and mechanics, the knowledge and understanding of human factors in the realm of aircraft maintenance operations. It presents human factors issues as conditions/ hazards that must be managed within or during this activity.

The Human Factors for Managers focuses on how people interact with systems, machines, and their environments to improve performance, reduce errors, and enhance safety. Human Factors training for managers in aviation is designed to create awareness of elements affecting human performance and to be considered in order to preserve safety and efficiency of aviation operations.
