About The Course
This Dangerous Goods Regulation Training is designed to train aviation professionals responsible for processing or accepting goods presented as general cargo as per the latest International standard applicable to their job function and including the Competency Based Training and Assessment approach. (ICAO, IATA-DGR).
Requirements
Intermediate Proficiency in English.
Basic knowledge about processing or accepting cargo consignments.
Personnel responsible for processing or accepting dangerous goods consignments (Shippers, Packers).
Course Objectives
Recognize dangerous goods.
Identifying general limitations.
Positioning different roles and responsibilities.
Understanding the criticality of classification and packaging.
Interpreting the hazard communication.
Review documentation.
Process/accept cargo other than dangerous goods.
Collecting safety data.
Familiarizing with basic Emergency Response.
